Vince Gambino serves as Chief Merchandising Officer for Heritage Grocers Group, where he leads the company's merchandising strategy, including product assortment, sourcing, pricing, promotions, and vendor partnerships across all banners. Raised in a family-owned grocery business, Vince developed a deep understanding of the industry through Tony's Fresh Market, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of supermarket operations. Beginning his career as a bagger, he worked in every store department before advancing into leadership roles throughout the organization. This ground-up experience, combined with his deep knowledge of grocery retailing, continues to shape his customer-focused, results-driven approach to merchandising and growth. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Business, and Marketing from DePaul University.
