Jay Sharrock serves as President of El Rancho Supermercado, where he leads the banner's operations, growth strategy, and customer experience initiatives. With more than 38 years of grocery industry experience, Jay has built an extensive background in merchandising, marketing, procurement, category management, and retail operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer for Vallarta Services Inc., overseeing approximately $2 billion in annual retail sales. He also previously served as Chief Operating Officer of El Rio Grande Latin Markets, gaining deep expertise serving Hispanic communities throughout Texas. Jay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tiffin University.
